PX7 Uptime Monitor

Always-on uptime checks for the PX7 stack.

PX7 Uptime Monitor pings every PX7 service once a minute. A failure opens an incident record and sends the alert to whichever channel that monitor is wired to. Email is the default. Slack and webhook are opt-in.

The card has no link because the product is reliability for the rest of the portfolio. It doesn't need traffic of its own.
