An MVP, or Minimum Viable Product, is usually built to test whether an idea works. It can be so limited or rough that people end up judging the implementation rather than the idea.
A Minimal Loveable Product is developed far enough for someone to use it properly. It has a clear purpose, one complete user journey, design and language ready for users, sufficient stability for normal use, a useful result, and a way to provide feedback.
Minimal describes the scope, not the quality. Users should be able to assess the product that exists without having to imagine what it might become after more development.
