Baristalog for iPhone and iPad

Baristalog is an offline coffee handbook with 98 guides, 50 recipes, 43 coffee terms and six guided brewing methods. One App Store purchase includes the whole app. No account or subscription is needed.

Device requirements
Baristalog supports iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 26 or later. The library, search, favourites, recipes and brewing tools work without an internet connection.
Timer notifications
Enable notifications for Baristalog in iOS Settings. Focus, notification and sound settings may silence or delay a notification. Timers use elapsed time when you return to the app. Steps advance when you choose Next step; a notification does not advance a recipe automatically.
Saved brews and favourites
Open Saved to find bookmarked guides, recipes and terms, along with your saved brew settings. You can edit or delete a saved brew. Information stays on that device and is not synced by Baristalog. Deleting the app removes its local data; your Apple backups are managed separately.
Appearance and text size
In Baristalog Settings, choose System, Light or Dark. The app follows your device’s text-size settings, including accessibility sizes.
Purchases and refunds
Apple handles purchases. To download a previous purchase again, use the same Apple Account in the App Store. For a refund request, visit Apple’s purchase support. There is no in-app subscription to cancel.
Brewing and equipment
Recipes provide starting points. Use equipment with suitable capacity and follow its manufacturer’s operating, cleaning and safety instructions. Report an error in a guide by emailing its title and the passage concerned.
Privacy
Read the Baristalog iOS privacy policy. The policy is also available offline in the app’s Settings. Support emails are used to answer your request.
